If we are not able to solve your problem to your satisfaction and
the item you ordered must be returned we have a few guidelines which,
when followed, will assure a swift and appropriate solution.
Please read
all the Return Policies before attempting a return:
* Make sure the dress you are sending us back is in the same condition you received it. The dress can NOT be wrinkled or we will NOT accept your exchange.
* We only accept EXCHANGES. there are NO REFUNDS.
You may exchange merchandise for something else on our website.
* We do not pay for any shipping charges that
may apply in returning any dresses.
* Please call us and let us know within 7 days
of you getting the product, if you intend to do an exchange. We will not
accept any exchanges after 7 days of you having the merchandise in your
hands.
